We are looking for you: Commercial Sales Representative!

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • To represent Alver and promote its range of high protein vegan products to existing customers (pharmacies, health & organic shops, wellness & sports centres, supermarkets) in Switzerland (Basel, Fribourg, Zurich and Lausanne)
  • To acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • To achieve territory sales, growth and market share targets for assigned brands
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company’s goals and objectives aiming to increase sales targets
  • Collaborate and give market feedback to teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.)
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and deliver a consistent quality of service
  • Provide weekly reports as required in KPIs as well as attend and participate in weekly sales meetings and training programs, tasting events and booths

Required skills set

  • Results oriented in a Swiss start-up environment
  • Effective networking expertise and good organisation skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exhibit professionalism and strong follow up on commitments
  • Native in German / Swiss German, French and/ or English
