How to use?
- Smoothies and shakes: 1-2 tablespoons (15-30gr) blended into 3dl of liquid or plant milk of your choice.
- Pancakes: 2 tablespoons (30gr) blended into batter of approx. 500gr
- One serving of 2 tablespoons (30gr) equals 24gr protein (A sedentary person needs approx. 0.8gr /kg bodyweight / day)
